Account deletion

Request deletion of your DBBank account

DBBank allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

To request deletion of your DBBank account, email polycomp.applications@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my DBBank account.

Please include the email address or phone number linked to your DBBank account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise your profile, login account, recipients, wallet/account records, and demo transaction data where legally and technically possible.

Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, audit, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after verification.
